What a hidden gem! My boy led me in here during our morning walk and I'm so happy he did!! They had a wide selection of healthy treats which is perfect for my pup's sensitive belly. During our visit Rocky picked out a toy which he absolutely loves now (he even sleeps with it), and the owners gave him some treats to enjoy. I will absolutely come here again and spread the word about this great gem in Woodland Hills!

I love the store!! They have a lot of options that are really good for the dogs! The people that work there are so helpful and you can ask any question no matter how random or off the wall and they will help you understand and walk you through if you have to compare one to the other!! I only go to the store now for all of my food and treat needs!!

This is a fantastic place! I buy all my dog food here, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. The food is very healthy for my dog and gentle on his stomach. Thank you so much for all your help for both me and my dog. If I could give more than five stars for the service, I definitely would!

I came in with my girlfriend last Saturday, looking for some cat food and the two ladies on shift that day didn’t even acknowledge us. They just stayed sitting behind the counter talking. With my background of working in sales and in a service based industry, I understand the importance of great customer service. Engaging with the customers is how you build long term relationships. On the flip side, completely ignoring customers that come in is the fastest way to not have people returning to spend money. So in conclusion I will say this, I loved the place, the products and will possibly make one more attempt to spend my hard earned money there but if the staff doesn’t get better at their customer service I won’t ever come back again. There’s no way they should be ignoring people interested in spending their money.

Was recommended by a friend who is a dog trainer. The staff here are extremely helpful, and took a lot of time with me to show me the different food options in my approximate price range, make suggestions based on information about my pet, and even gave me a few free samples. They reassured me that they will take back open bags of food if my dog starts refusing to eat it. Thankfully, my dog loves the Canine Caviar made from mutton, and I haven't had that problem. They also have a loyalty rewards type of program where you get a free bag after buying a certain number of that brand.

My son found this place. What can I tell?? Amazing price, clean, affordable prices, a lot of discounts with free membership, my dog loves their products. Keep going guys.

The Pet Center in Woodland Hills solved a food problem my dog Mickey has had for years. I could hear his stomach roiling from across the room. He wouldn't eat anything, treats, cheese, nothing. I got pills from our vet that helped some but not always. I explained this to the owner of The Pet Center and he recommended Nulo dry dog food. It feels like I have a new dog. No more stomach problems. What a relief dealing with someone who knows about all the food he sells AND how it is going to work for my dog. Since my dog is family, this is where I'll be buying products from now on. Thank you.
