Cafe Mimosa

1/5 stars for the iced cornbread latte. I had rly high hopes for this special but it tasted like a weak plain sweet latte. Couldn’t make out the corn milk or cornbread syrup notes, and wish the corn was poppier or stronger. Espresso flavor was honestly weak too. Maybe it’s better hot? 4/5 for the chai! Tasted good and had strong spice. 5/5 for the cinnamon vanilla custard pastry and ham and cheese croissants. Very pleasant

Café Mimosa is one of the most charming and inviting spots in Topanga Canyon. From the moment you arrive, you're welcomed by a cozy atmosphere that perfectly captures the relaxed and artistic spirit of the community. The coffee is excellent, the pastries are delicious, and the menu offers a wonderful selection of breakfast and lunch options. Everything feels fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and made with care. Whether you're stopping in for a quick coffee, a leisurely brunch, or a sweet treat, the experience is always enjoyable. What truly makes Café Mimosa special is its warm, welcoming environment. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the café has a comfortable neighborhood feel that encourages you to slow down and enjoy your time there. The outdoor seating area is especially lovely and makes for a perfect place to relax with friends or simply enjoy the beauty of Topanga. Between the delicious food, excellent coffee, and wonderful atmosphere, Café Mimosa has earned every one of these five stars. It's a true local gem that I always look forward to visiting whenever I'm in the area.

I love this place !! I stopped by in the morning and ordered their vegan breakfast burrito and a hot almond milk latte. The burrito was great. Filling flavorful and comes with a little side of salsa. The latte was also good, and both were so fairly priced as it’s about half of what you would pay in the city. The real treat here though is I sat towards the back for awhile catching up on work, and every customer that came in was recognized by the baristas and greeted with a warm welcome. The vibes here are happy, warm and so friendly both by the patrons and employees. They offer some seating inside although it is busy. Also a selection of pastries, sandwiches, smoothies and grab and go drinks. A large amount of the menu is vegan friendly and again rare to see it priced this well. I’ll definitely be back :)

delicious coffee and yummy breakfast, with some nice seating areas. loved the maple vanilla sea salt latte and crispy cheesy tater tot burrito. totally embodies the whimsical atmosphere of Topanga canyon

A quaint, hipster place that embodies how a California brunch in the mountains is supposed to be experienced. French pastries, delicious, healthy fresh food, and artwork for sale along with other eclectic items. Coffee is fresh and warm and the staff is friendly and laid back, inviting you to stay and slow down as you acclimate to the mountain air up here. They’re open early too, if you like ti get an early head start on your day.

The coffee is excellent, the cakes are delicious, the ambiance is lovely, and the little shop itself is charming. What more could you ask for? It's a little slice of paradise right here in Topanga.

Cool staff, some pretty good baked goods like their sweet potato muffin, and you can find the exact crepe you are looking for made fresh. I'll have to come back in the morning time to catch their breakfast items.

Stayed in Topanga for a little getaway and went here for coffee and a snack and it was so delightful! The day before we went to anothe local coffee shop/ cafe that seems to get a lot of hype and this one was so much better! Super good vibes, cute shady seating in the trees, and super cute souvenirs available! Highly recommend the Mimosa cafe!!!
