If you’re looking for a true sanctuary—an escape where you can leave the stress of the day behind—Burke Williams is the place to be. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Linda, Brett and Jenny at the front desk went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and cared for. Their attention to detail, genuine kindness, and dedication to ensuring a seamless and relaxing experience truly stood out. It’s rare to encounter such exceptional customer service, and they made the entire process feel effortless. My esthetician, Stella, was absolutely amazing. She was not only thorough but also incredibly skilled and attentive to my needs. Stella took the time to understand my skin concerns and customized the treatment perfectly. Her expertise and calming presence made the experience deeply relaxing and effective. I left feeling refreshed, glowing, and truly cared for. Burke Williams isn’t just a spa—It’s where you go to drain the troubles of your day away, to find peace, and to reconnect with yourself.

Had a wonderful and relaxing experience at this Burke Williams. I had an 80 min massage with Goldie and she did an amazing job. Her professionalism, bedside manner, and skill set was exceptional. Definitely one of the best massages I’ve had in a while! Spa amenities were also wonderful

I have been going to Burke Williams Spas all over SoCal for more than 20 years. I have occasionally been a member on and off for 15 years. The Woodland Hills location on Topanga Canyon has ruined the whole chain for me. 1) There is no quiet room 2) Their steam room is always under maintenance whenever I go to the spa 3) I finally ended my membership PERMANENTLY yesterday. Here is why: Every time I book a service, I request the person doing the service to wear a mask. This is not an unusual request-especially when you are in close proximity to someone for 60+ minutes, in a closed space. When I check in, I mention it at the desk - always. Before - when Catherine has been at the desk - she says - well it is the staff’s preference about wearing a mask. I replied with - Well, I am the member/client and if I want the massage therapist or Aesthetician to wear a mask, they need to wear a mask. Now think about that - after the global pandemic when over 1 million Americans died, Measles is making a major resurgence and children are dying from one of the most infectious diseases in medical history, Hunta Virus and A new strain of Ebola is spreading globally - I seem to be the problem asking for this consideration. The fact that I always request a mask on the staff working on me was never put in my profile, I will never know. I have personally spent tens of thousands of dollars at Burke Williams locations. I go there to relax and de-stress from all the craziness of the world. June 3, 2026, Wednesday, I do my usual, check in and ask for the staff to mask up who is working on me. The staff at the desk said she would add it to my profile. Again - why has this never been added after I always request it at booking and/or check-in???? Catherine is also at the desk again and glances over at me. I go in and wait in the lounge, the massage therapist Nancy says my name and I walk with her. I know this means nothing to most, but Nancy’s energy was just OFF. There were no good vibes coming off her, which is rare for a massage therapist on the clock. I shook it off to her having a bad day. We go in her room and after the usual talk as she is about to step out as I get on the table, I politely ask if she can wear her mask. Nancy tenses up and says - I don’t wear a mask. After the pandemic (and she shakes her head). I tell her that this massage isn’t going to happen then. She goes to talk to the manager. I follow a few minutes behind. I offer at the front desk to just hang at the spa and enjoy the amenities (no steam room because again - it is not functioning). I walk back and Catherine comes up to me - she doesn’t say my name - just starts talking and says - We can offer a 35 minute massage. I say okay, let me know as I will be in the spa. Again she finds me, my back is toward her. She doesn’t say my name. I hear someone talking and turn around and they have a therapist that can see me. She doesn’t use my name- first or last, doesn’t say Ma’am - nothing. Both times, she speaks at me when I am not even looking at her. Then as I am going to get the new service, she states - it is up to the staff’s discretion whether they want to wear a mask or not. I reply with - It is not an unusual request and I am paying for a service to relax and be comfortable. If I want someone to wear a mask, they should wear a mask. Nancy and Catherine do not need to be employed at BURKE WILLIAMS any longer. After my service, I went to the front and told them I am ending my membership. They didn’t seem shocked, but the other members did. I refuse to spend my hard-earned money in a business that doesn’t respect their client/members. With so many businesses closing because of this economy and a spa is a luxury and discretionary funding, Burke Williams probably won’t be around for much longer. They are already cost-cutting by closing 2 days of the week. We all need to be more discerning when we give money to businesses. No Burke Williams will ever get any of my money ever again.

10/10 service, staff, and environment everything is amazing I wish I could live here. I went for a spa manicure and the nail tech was so nice and kind and did a wonderful job. The nail polish is organic so it doesn't smell like chemicals when you're in the nail room. Got a massage and same thing my massage therapist was so kind and made me feel very comfortable and the massage was so relaxing. Last service was a spa bath, and it was so comforting and relaxing. The person who made my bath asked me if I needed any changes and I did. I wanted it colder and she fixed it with no problem. She served me tea and fruits and I just felt so pampered and relaxed. IMPORTANT: You have to call to schedule it. You can't do it online. I ended up staying there for about 6 to 7 hours and the time went flying. There's so many amenities to use while you're waiting for your services so you can book them far apart and it's not an issue. They have cucumber water, which is so refreshing orange water, which is my favorite and a bunch of fruits. You can snack on while waiting. It also very clean there are cleaning staff walking up and down the lobby the locker room everywhere so it's very clean. It's so amazing. Everybody was very respectful. I am thinking about getting a membership for me and my husband.

This was my first time to Burke Williams and they didn’t disappoint. I was able to easily book an appointment for 7 girls online as we came for my friends bachelorette party. I recommend coming at least two hours before your scheduled service to use the day spa room which includes a jacuzzi, a steam room, and a sauna. I did the pure relaxation spa with Raul and I haven’t felt this relaxed in awhile. One of the better massages I have had in awhile. I enjoy that you can use some of their products while you are there such as their shampoos, conditioner and styling cream. I deducted one star for the service and follow up. I never received any email reminders or phone calls about the services and I wish they had a system to follow up and remind people.

I visited Burke Williams for a firm massage and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Before we even began, my therapist repeatedly tried to upsell oils and enhancements, and she also confused my appointment type and encouraged me to upgrade. During the session, she mentioned several policies that prevented her from working on the specific muscle pain I came in for, which made the treatment feel limited and not aligned with what I booked. She did offer a complimentary oil for my birthday, which I appreciated, but overall the pressure to buy more and the inability to address my concerns overshadowed the visit. The next day, I developed a rash and scalp irritation, which added to my concern about the products used and spa amentities. I’ve had many great spa experiences at Burke Williams, so this one felt out of character for what I expected.

This is my second time coming to this location I had the most relaxing time! The staff was so sweet when they realized it was my birthday and gave me a complimentary service enhancement, and my therapist Goldie was also so incredibly kind and gave the best massage 💆🏻‍♀️✨

Burke Williams Day Spa is absolutely beautiful and so relaxing. The space is clean, serene, and feels luxurious the moment you walk in. The staff is friendly and professional, and my massage was incredible. I left feeling completely refreshed. Perfect spot for a peaceful self-care day. Highly recommend!
